Our set up
Here at Doric House bed and breakfast, we do things a little differently. From the moment we open our door to you, you become part of the home and our family. We started working with Airbnb in 2015 and really embraced the concept of sharing our home and helping travelers making the most of their time in the Highlands. Our 3 en-suite double rooms and our friendship room, ensures you have your own space, but Jamie is always around during the evening to help with recommendations, itinerary planning not to mention his stories!
We are passionate about sustainable tourism as well as sharing our knowledge and passion for our country. So a stay with us is more than a bed, it's creating friendships, sharing stories and making connections!
Accommodation
We have 3 en-suite double rooms, our downstairs, upstairs and cozy rooms all come with King sized beds and are en-suite with showers and with our pressurized water system, you don't have to dance around to get wet! :)
Our Downstairs and Cozy rooms have had their bathrooms refurbished in February 2020 and all 3 have their own character.
Breakfast
Our friendship room is also set up for a self-serve continental style breakfast, with tea, coffee, fruit, yogurt, freshly baked pastries, cold cuts and local cheeses, toast, fresh fruit juice, cereals and porridge, so you will always be ready for the day ahead!
We encourage our guests to use the room as much as they like, helping themselves to hot drinks throughout the day and taking advantage of the huge array of information on the Highlands of Scotland.

- Our Private tour experiences come with a 20% discount for house guests!
- We are more than happy to provide a wash and dry service at £10 per load.
- We have 3 parking permits - one for each room at no extra cost!
- Itinerary planning, pre or during your holiday at no cost.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for guests who wish to dine at home in our friendship room.
